Operational Medicine
We provide comprehensive healthcare for active duty personnel.
Services provided:
- Walk-in service hours are 8–11 a.m. and 1–3 p.m. for urinary tract infection, Sore Throat Clinic, Testosterone and B12 injections, follow up wart removal (no initial treatment), suture removal, and non-emergent medical related PT test failure (may walk-in to Physical Therapy first).
- Quarters: Active duty personnel given quarters by an off base provider must bring paperwork to the Operational Medicine Clinic front desk for approval/validation. The front desk will provide a working copy for unit leadership. They may also attach and send through Secure Messaging. UDM/UHM and First Sergeants can access Quarters authorizations in ASIMS.
- Convalescent leave: Upon notification of surgery, please send a completed AF Form 988 via Secure Messaging. Please include specialty provider's medical notes, restrictions and dates. The AF Form 988 will be processed and returned via Secure Messaging. The form and notes may also be dropped off at the Operational Medicine front desk. The member or First Sergeant may pick up the form, after three business days and route accordingly.
- Want to check the status of your profile, immunizations, or deployment medical readiness? Check your Individual Medical Readiness.
Active duty personnel must have a referral to be seen by an off-base urgent care facility. Also, My Emergency Room 24/7 and Express ER are not covered under TRICARE Prime. Please use other ER's affiliated with a hospital.
