How it Works
Patients with a PCM at the 7th MDG
may check in at the Family Health Clinic front desk.
If your PCM is not at the 7th MDG,
you’ll first need to register at the Medical Records window, located to the left of the Information Desk, near the main clinic entrance. All registered patients may then check in at the Family Health Clinic front desk.
If you are requesting a *new* birth control prescription or would like to schedule an IUD or Nexplanon Implant insertion (limited appointments available), a urine pregnancy test will be collected during your appointment.
**If your PCM is not located at the 7th MDG, we can’t issue any referrals or orders for care outside our facility. You may still utilize the contraception walk-in clinic by following the steps above.
